Let me just take a few seconds to introduce myself. My name is John Watkins & I am an Owner/Broker Associate with a great company called Coldwell Banker The Property Exchange. I have been in the real estate business since 2005 & truly enjoy what I do. I am a proud native of Cheyenne & have lived here for the majority of my life. I am a partner of a top producing team MVT Real Estate. We have the tools & knowledge to give our clients the information they need.I am a graduate of Laramie County Community College right here in Cheyenne. I was on the Rodeo Team there & I rode bulls for 9 years. I also graduated from the University Of Wyoming. I have a degree in Agriculture Business & Applied Economics. After graduating I sold Futures & Options in Chicago. I realized real quick the big city was not for me. I came back to Cheyenne & started my real estate career.I have a wonderful wife who works at the Air Force Base in the Dental Clinic. We have two wonderful & rowdy little cowboys. Cheyenne is a great place to raise a family & I would love to help you find a place you can make a home. You will not find anyone who will work harder for you. I think one of my best qualities is the relentlessness I have to get deals done. This is a tough business & you need someone who will work for you until the end.
