Hi, I’m Phil Erickson, a dedicated real estate agent serving the Casper, Wyoming area. My path to real estate has been unique, and it’s given me the tools to serve my clients with a level of care and understanding that’s hard to beat. I began my career driving trucks for Pepsi and Sysco, where I learned the value of hard work and dependable service. After four years, I transitioned into public service as a firefighter and paramedic—a role I proudly held for nearly 16 years. That experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and always put people first—skills I now bring to every real estate transaction. Alongside my career in public service, I’ve spent over a decade owning and managing multiple rental properties. That hands-on experience has given me a strong foundation in real estate investment and a deep understanding of the local market from both the homeowner and investor perspectives. Outside of work, I’m all about family. I’m lucky to share life with my amazing wife and our three young boys.
