About Diane

In 2010 I was looking to find a job that I could make into a career and that is when I started working in the real estate business of helping people buy or sell a home. Within the first year I sold just about 10 homes and my friends and family shared with me that I found my niche. Through the years of being a real estate agent I obtained my brokers license and was able to run my own brokerage for seven years. My husband, Scott Schoenhoff and I ran a very successful brokerage and together we have sold over 250 homes. We are excited to be in Wyoming where most of my family has lived since the 1970 and I lived here and attended CY Junior High. Upon moving back to Casper, we decided to join Coldwell Banker The Legacy Group in Casper Wyoming. We are excited to work for a company that has all the technology that is needed to sell a home with great integrity and success. We love spending time with my family having barbecues, fishing, go out on the boat, golfing and just watching all the kids grow up and celebrating birthdays together! We have joined a good local church that reaches out to local rescue missions and we love supporting restaurants owners and small businesses in Casper and surrounding towns. We are excited to be a part Coldwell Banker The Legacy Group and continue our career in real estate, helping our clients buy and sell home with great success.
