About Bill

Bill Brace epitomizes honesty, hard work, attention to detail and customer satisfaction in every real estate transaction. Raised in West Bend, Bill went on to receive a degree in Information Technology. His unique approach to customer service and his commitment to client satisfaction made him successful during his 25-year career in the information technology field. In 2005, his passion for people called him to make a professional change and he began his Real Estate endeavor - never looking back. He represents buyers, sellers, and investors in residential, investment and vacant land transactions. With his passion for the industry, Bill continues to train and acquire knowledge in his profession through reading or by taking on-line or in-person classes. He stays on top of new and improved ways of doing things and knows that ongoing and clear communication is the key in every real estate transaction. Bill credits his continued success to having exceptionally loyal clientele and strong personal referrals. Married in 1990, Bill and his wife have two daughters and a son. He is family-oriented and cherishes every moment he shares with them. In addition, they have two very spoiled dogs and one cat. The Brace family enjoys time up North – fishing, visiting, and exploring. They enjoy an occasional trip, biking and spending time with their family and friends. With his colleagues in the office, Bill is always willing to lend a helping hand - whether on the computer or just brainstorming new ideas.
