1.62 acres buried in the Lower Wisconsin River Valley but located in the middle of nowhere. The property was just inherited by the family, and no one has taken care of this property for several years. It does have a A-frame cabin in need of a tear down. In its day it was very nice. No electricity or water. This would make a great camping site just to escape. The property is not big enough for hunting but lots of wildlife and birds to view. From what I understand this was at one time, a location for homes or cabins but it never really took off and zoning has changed. Adjoining landowners may have a cabin or structure for hunting, but they own more land. All surrounding land is posted. There is electric nearby but not at the lot line. Something different to look at.
