A member of Coldwell Banker since 2020, Nathan works with residential homebuyers and investors interested in living and investing in Sheboygan County. Over the past 10 years, as a real estate investor, Nathan has managed, purchased, remodeled and successfully sold numerous single-family homes and investment properties throughout Sheboygan county. Nathan’s personal investment experience means he can uniquely assist and educate buyers and sellers with a full understanding of home or investment property ownership from initial purchase all the way thru final sale of a property. A high integrity realtor known for his extensive market knowledge and passion for real estate, Nathan’s success is based on positive referrals and relationships. He earns respect from his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and always offering them candid advice. Nathan is deeply connected to the Sheboygan area and is a life-long resident. He graduated from Sheboygan North High School and then the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1995 with a degree in economics. Nathan is active in numerous local organizations including Immaculate Conception Church and Christ Child Academy where he sits on various finance committees. When he isn't working, Nathan enjoys building project and exploring all the wonderful things Sheboygan County has to Offer with his wife and two boys.
