My interest in real estate began as a hobby. I started buying vacant land at auction, hoping to develop or sell it. It became a keen interest to me when I started buying homes. I felt lost and confused trying to navigate the largest transactions of my life. By my third home purchase, I felt confident and informed, and I had the knowledge I needed to complete this transaction safely. That’s when I decided to enter the Real Estate profession. As a realtor, I aim to make sure that the process is crystal clear through all the twists and turns and that my clients' interests and motives are truly represented at every step. My love for the Great Lakes has kept me in the region my entire life. Originally born in Detroit, I lived in Chicago for many years, eventually settling in Milwaukee, where I operate a retail boutique, URSA, with my wife. We opened URSA in 2017 and have developed it into a staple of Milwaukee’s retail landscape. I now split my time between Milwaukee and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, where I also began renovating and developing vacation/short-term rental properties in 2021. In this experience, I’ve gained a great deal of knowledge in construction, remodeling, building trades, and, most importantly, issues to be aware of when listing or buying a home. My background is in commercial photography. I ran my own photography studio for over ten years, working with major advertising agencies and national publications. I also have a strong architectural and real estate photography background, which gives me a great advantage when marketing your home. As your realtor, I strive to make this process as clear and navigable as possible and to draw from my wide range of experience to provide thorough and thoughtful guidance from the beginning all the way through closing.
