I heard that some establishments will notarize documents belonging to non-customers so I stopped in at Coldwell Banker on Ogden Ave in Milwaukee hoping that they could help me. The agent I spoke with, Gaby Boutillier, didn't have her stamp with her but said " I live a few miles away. If you don't mind waiting, I'll run home and pick it up". Not only did Gaby get her notary stamp and notarize multiple documents for me, she also emailed a PDF copy to me as well as an out-of-state bank who was waiting for them. To me, this is the epitome of going "above and beyond". Gaby could have told me that she didn't have the stamp and would be unable to notarize my documents. I did not expect her to stop working, go home to retrieve it and spend a good 15 minutes with me to make sure my legal needs were met. This is customer service at it's finest. ~David K.
