Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Balbir had a lengthy career in law enforcement as a member of the Milwaukee Police Department and the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department; and was a Police Inspector and Immigration Officer in India, before migrating to the United States. Balbir has a Master of Arts Degree in Political Science and is a fluent speaker of Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
