A large part of my real estate experience is based on my relationships with first time homebuyers. It's important that buyers understand that purchasing a home can be the greatest expense that one will make in a lifetime. It is extremely important that buyers understand all of the intricate details of purchasing a home. It is more than how it looks cosmetically, but more importantly the maintenance that goes into maintaining your investment. My real estate experience expands over 25 years. In addition, my 27 years of experience in the court system and serving as an assistant chief deputy clerk of circuit court in Milwaukee County, has afforded me with the knowledge of real estate in the civil division. I am well versed in the foreclosure procedure, in addition to administrative agency reviews for assessment disputes within the different municipalities. I am also a business owner of F&P Sanitation Services, LLC, which does a variety of electro static spraying for commercial and non profit entities. I serve my clients/customers in all markets within Milwaukee, Waukesha and Ozaukee counties.
