The Midwest lifestyle is like no other. Whether you grew up here or are new to Wisconsin, you know it’s a special place. It offers so many different, diverse communities and cultures. So when it comes time to find the right home, it can make a difference working with an agent who has grown up with the Wisconsin experience and is also living it as an adult. I was born in Glendale, then happily raised in Mequon. After graduating UW-Madison, my adventurous side took me overseas to London where I worked for about a year. From the UK, I decided to return to the United States with eyes wide open, settling in Portland, Oregon. I started my professional life in high-tech, but deep down I knew my love was for real estate. After 25 years in Portland Oregon, happily meeting the woman of my dreams and raising four wonderful children, we decided it was the right move to head back to my roots. In 2018, we returned home to Wisconsin which is the best decision we ever made. From purchasing our first rental property, to deciding to leave the high-tech world for a career in real estate, I have no regrets about the path I have taken. I feel my diverse experience gives unique perspective on what’s important when it comes to making a home and/or investment property purchase. Speaking from perspective, I personally have discovered a joy that I never knew existed with our new home in Cedarburg. I am excited to share that joy with others seeking that dream home. It’s OK to be adventurous, but that is what vacation and retirement are for. Home is where the heart is, and my heart is right here in Wisconsin.
