After working 18 years as a licensed broker at a luxury brokerage in Manhattan, John Roen has returned to Wisconsin where he grew up to bring the experience of competitive New York marketing and sales to Wisconsin real estate. Born on Milwaukee's East Side, John grew up throughout Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties and now resides in Shorewood with his wife and nine-year-old son. While working for a top-producing broker in New York, John participated in the marketing and sale of over 115 properties ranging in value from $300,000 to $65,000,000. This track record has provided John with unique marketing experience and knowledge which benefits both agents and clients in his position as Vice President of Strategic Growth for Coldwell Banker Realty.
