Take advantage of the remainder of the summer and enjoy Legend Lake on the water during the day and at your camper lot during the evenings/nights. This improved lot has all of the amenities to get you camping and planning for a potential new house to be built. Camper is available but for now, there is a "powder room" AND a "laundry room" in the shed next to the camper. It's like glam-camping. Lot has a septic, well and electric and it's nicely cleared sitting higher than some of the surrounding lots so the mosquitos don't seem to be as pesky. Leave your boat at your post all summer on your beach club shared only with the neighbors directly around you. It's a super nice walk to the beach club. Beach club is on one of the main lakes so you have instant access to FUN in the SUN.
