About Nicholas

Nick Kovatch is a real estate agent based in the Twin Cities and is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Along with his father, Mark Kovatch, they are partners in Kovatch Real Estate. Every client receives our combined knowledge to assist and help them find their ideal property. Nick has lived in the Saint Paul area for over 8 years, and the Twin Cities metro area for over 12 years. He is knowledgeable about the Twin Cities, surrounding metro area, and western Wisconsin. Nick loves all the seasons in Minnesota, including winter, where he is a ski instructor at Afton Alps. He is also an educator at the college level. Nick received his MFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and continues to be a practicing artist. With his knowledge and experience in residential construction and the visual arts, Nick can assist clients in describing how to see and use space in every property that he encounters. Whether the house is 100 years old, or 2 years old, Nick brings different viewpoints on input, advice, and creativity to every house. His teaching experience has refined his problem solving and communication abilities and he admires a variety of residential architecture. Nick is passionate about helping people find a place they can call their own.
