About Alison

Licensed in Minnesota & Wisconsin. Sterling Society Award Winner, Top 25% agent with Coldwell Banker Realty Internationally. Originally from southern Minnesota, Alison moved to Menomonie to earn her bachelor's degree in Hotel Restaurant Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin STOUT. This degree has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, working with homebuyers to understand their wants and needs as well as helping her clients to achieve their homeownership goals. Alison loves working in Wisconsin and received her Minnesota license in 2021. Before moving back to the midwest, Alison worked as an associate broker in Denver, Colorado for 5 years. Alison's clients would often describe her as proactive, assertive, detail-oriented, and easy to be around. Alison resides in Hudson Wisconsin with her husband Matt, daughter Blake and their boxer Lucy. She enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and spending time at their family cabin in Northern Wisconsin on Lake Flambeau.
