About John

John grew up on the Spider Lake Chain in the Hayward area, gaining an intimate knowledge of the lakes and surrounding area since childhood. His father, Greg Grossi, has been a real estate broker in the area for over 20 years, now owning and operating Coldwell Banker Real Estate Consultants. John attended the University of Wisconsin- Madison where he completed a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics as well as Finance, Investment, and Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business. During and after college, John worked in real estate development in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area of Minnesota before deciding to come back to the Hayward area and join Coldwell Banker Real Estate Consultants in early 2016. In addition to practicing real estate in northern Wisconsin, John likes to take advantage of what the area has to offer by boating, fishing, skiing, and biking. With a personal best of 2:28, John has completed the American Birkebeiner ski race as well as other local ski and bike races. John is happy to share his knowledge of the area and what it has to offer with his clients and customers while helping them get the most out of their real estate experience.
