Committed · Capable · Compassionate Trisha Schense is a lifelong resident of the Green Bay Area, having grown up on the West side of town, attending college at UW-Green Bay for business administration, and after graduating law school at UW-Madison, returning home to the area in 2012 where she and her husband, Adam, are raising their three daughters. For almost a decade, Trisha worked exclusively as an attorney in downtown Green Bay, focusing her practice on real estate matters, creditor's rights, and estate planning. In 2021, Trisha decided it was time to expand her career and immediately set her trajectory on a path where she could best witness and share in the excitement and joy of her clients: real estate. As a real estate sales agent for Jill & Co. at Coldwell Banker, Trisha is able to further explore her passion for helping others achieve their goals and apply her craft and skill in detailed contract negotiations.
