Over 30 years ago I entered the real estate profession and chose "Wittig's Way...Make it yours today!" as my tag line. It sounded catchy and reflected my desire to leave a lasting impression on my clients that would set me apart from my competition and help them remember my name. Today, as I reflect on the many families I have helped, that saying was never more true. "Wittig's Way", as it turns out, is really "your way" and my clients are the ones who leave the most lasting impressions on me. My past clients make up over 80 percent of my business and I remain passionate about the process of helping them ( and now many of their children) navigate the real estate market. My years of experience in this ever changing market have fine tuned my knowledge and negotiating skills further, allowing me to add significant value to my client's buying and selling experiences. I like to tell my sellers that getting buyers in the doorway is not our current challenge; Getting them to the closing table is where I excel and why I am still in business.
