From buying her first home in the Chicagoland area and relocating her family to Green Bay, to managing the sale of a loved one’s home as Executor of her father’s estate, she understands that real estate decisions are rarely just transactional. These experiences allow her to meet clients with empathy, clarity and unwavering advocacy. In 2018, Kathy took a leap of faith, leaving a successful career in the nonprofit sector to pursue real estate full time. Her background in recruitment, training and volunteer management, combined with mentorship from respected senior agents, quickly laid the foundation for exceptional results. Since then, Kathy has helped buyers and sellers across Brown, Outagamie, Calumet, Oconto, Kewaunee, Door and Shawano counties achieve their goals with minimal stress and maximum value.
