About Jed

Jed Burk is a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group serving buyers and sellers in Madison, Wisconsin, with particularly deep knowledge of the city’s North Side. A Cherokee Park resident for approximately eight years and HOA board treasurer, Jed brings firsthand knowledge of Cherokee Park along with experience working in Sherman Village and Brentwood Village. Jed entered real estate after a career in sales and customer service that included eight years with Synchrony Financial and approximately 20 years in retail management. That background shaped an approach centered on communication, listening and understanding what matters most to the person on the other side of the table. Whether working with a first-time buyer, preparing a home for sale or helping a family navigate the complexities of selling an estate property, Jed believes in creating the plan together. As of his interview, Jed had closed 55+ homes representing more than $20 million in career sales. He has earned his Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designations, participates in relocation programs and is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
