I was then able to focus all of my attention on my clients and customers and quickly became the #1 Coldwell Banker agent in Door County (2011-21),Joyce left a succession plan after her passing, they sold to another family run Coldwell Banker franchise from Northern IL, Honig-Bell. We are now part of the #1 Coldwell Banker Franchise in the Nation with offices throughout IL and WI (think where buyers come from for Door County property).
