I'm thrilled to be heading into my 8th year as a Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Realty. I originally started out in Education earning my teaching degree at UW-Whitewater being licensed in both Theater and English, but the late nights directing weren't quite fitting my family's lifestyle which led me to CB. I love to continue working with people of diverse backgrounds and helping to navigate them through one of their biggest life events. My teaching background has helped me be able to communicate and explain all aspects of the home buying and selling process. I've earned my PSA - Pricing Strategy Advisor certification to help ensure that the list price I quote you is accurate and that we aren't leaving any money on the table. I'm experienced in Residential, Condo and Vacant Land. All of my clients have bought or sold successfully with me. My list to sale ratio is 98.7%
