About Nick

I've worked the last few years heavily involved in real estate, from helping clients find homes and performing over $26 million in sales, to being a Certified Residential Appraiser performing over 450 appraisals in the past year, and buying multiple investment properties along the way. These all go hand in hand in helping deliver my clients with a positive experience as I have a very active pulse in the fast changing market we are seeing today, and expertise in multiple real estate fields. Prior to real estate I was a small business owner and worked in a corporate finance setting using my accounting degree. I’ve witnessed how hard people are willing to work for the things they want and how hard this can make trusting someone else when taking on big milestones in life such as buying a home. Finding a way to help people during major milestones is one of the main drivers of what got me into real estate. Buying a home typically is the biggest financial commitment a family makes, and it motivates me to help see people through a process that is so important to them. I hope to earn every client's trust and help make the home buying/selling experience a fun and exciting time in their life!
