Ive been a General Contractor for the last 25 years and have dealt with all aspects of homes, from complete renovations to daily maintenance. This knowledge has transferred over and has allowed me to be an asset to sellers and buyers alike. When it comes to the ins and out of the homes we walk through i can guide them from potential repairs to be done prior to sale, as well as helping facilitate those items. I can also help with the projects they might want to do when we get that offer accepted. Ive been apart of all types of transactions, and have the experience to help my clients navigate through the process. With my partners we act as a team allowing us to use decades of knowledge and experience to make sure our clients have the best outcome during their transaction.
