About Lance

I have been a resident of the Black River Falls area for many years, and it's a great place to raise a family! The area offers a nice mix of terrain and adventure opportunities with that small town feel. Prior to real estate, I was a golf professional in Arizona and moved back to the area to finish college. I still enjoy golfing recreationally at Skyline Golf Club in town, where I sit on the board, but the competitive side of it is done. Much of my free time is spent with my fiancé, Ashley, and three, soon to be four, kids. Our kids are all very different from each other, so there is activity that we shy away from as a family! My extended family is not from the area but when they are in town they love the peace and quiet along with the charm of Black River Falls. There are a lot of parallels between my prior career in golf and real estate. I have always enjoyed meeting new people and real estate still offers that aspect. The other thing I love about real estate is that every day can be a new experience and you never know what the day holds… sometimes the phone rings and off you go to the next opportunity.
