This beautiful country estate is located in an excellent area between the towns of Amery Wi and Balsam Lake Wi. An easy commute from the twin cites of Minneapolis/St. Paul and you enter a world of nature and serenity. Once a working dairy farm, the operations have long ended. There remains a large pole barn I estimate to be 60x120 (but please verify). And a three sided machine shed where a tenant farmer currently stores some equipment. The old barn and garage are collapsed. I noticed remnant fencing which once held the owners horses. A number of trails have been cut around the homestead and there are excellent elevated building sites within eye shot of Brusher lake.
