I was a state certified firefighter and EMT in the Homer Volunteer Fire Department. Also, I have worked in health care administration. I am married to my wife Annette and I have four children and eight grandchildren. I am a Vietnam Vet who served as an aircrewman on CVA-14 USS Ticonderoga Westpac, 1967. My hobbies include fishing (I am an avid fly fisherman), private pilot, scuba diving, skiing, golf and traveling.
