After 34 years in Property Management, I have decided to use my Real Estate License for sales to help buyers and sellers with their ownership needs. As a licensed agent for over 29 years, right here in Walla Walla, I know the marketplace very well. Working with everything from single family homes to some of Walla Walla's largest multi-family sites, I have gained great insight into values, conditions and property potentials. Over the years, I have been directly involved in improvement projects for income, cash flow, comfort and resale values. While working for and representing property owners and investors, I have always put a focus on treating everyone equally, honestly and fairly. I would love to see more renters become buyers and put that monthly payment back into their own pockets. Your housing needs are your most important investments. My wife and I moved here in early 1986 before our first son was born and have called Walla Walla home ever since. Our kids went through our great schools here and my Wife works for the school district. We have helped and supported many causes here in Walla Walla and I have been involved in the local music scene here for many years running open mics, supporting other musicians in various ways including running a radio show for several years for local musicians. Today I still gig around town and really enjoy the older love songs. I love Walla Walla and look forward to helping you with your own piece of this little paradise.
