About Benedicte

Originally from France, I’ve been living in the United States with my family for over 35 years. Before transitioning to real estate in 2010, my husband and I successfully owned and operated a business in Houston, Texas. I'm a proud member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and strongly believe in staying current with market education and trends. I earned my Managing Broker license in Washington in 2017 and my Principal Broker license in Oregon in 2019. This allows me to confidently assist clients on both sides of the border. Working as a team with my husband Loic, we are committed to providing exceptional service throughout the Dayton, Waitsburg, and Walla Walla areas, as well as Milton-Freewater, Weston, Athena, and Pendleton in Oregon. My real estate practice is rooted in dedication, communication, determination, and trust. Over the years, I’ve become friends with many of my clients—which has been one of the most rewarding parts of this work. I strive to make each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible while building lasting relationships along the way. I bring positive energy and a sense of purpose to my work—something I believe shines through in every interaction. Outside of real estate, I’m a certified yoga instructor and find balance through time in nature, hiking with Loic and our dog Canon. I also enjoy reading, quilting, traveling, and recently returned to playing the piano.
