Hi, I’m Scott Haase, a proud Pacific Northwest native who grew up in the small town of Tenino, Washington. My roots run deep here, and I carry the values I learned early on: work hard, keep your word, treat people with respect, and take pride in what you do. My dad ran a small business, and I was raised with a front-row view of what it takes to serve your community well. My real estate journey started with the purchase of my first home. I was fascinated by how much knowledge, professionalism, and trust are required to guide a transaction from start to finish. That experience sparked something in me and I knew I wanted to dive deeper. Since then, I’ve been on both sides of many deals, as a buyer, seller, investor, and broker, which helps me see the full picture and better support my clients. A few years ago, I moved to the Big Island of Hawai‘i and joined the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Island Lifestyle team. While there, I expanded my focus to include short-term vacation rentals and destination properties. As a host and investor myself, I’ve learned the ins and outs of high-performing rentals, luxury interior design, and what makes a home not just profitable, but unforgettable. Now back in Washington, I’m worked through a new chapter: building a home in Thurston County. It’s given me a whole new appreciation for the homebuilding process —from land use and permitting to the joy (and challenges) of creating something from the ground up.
