Wayne lives on Fox Island out of Gig Harbor. Originally from Toronto, Canada, my journey led me to Washington State through the sale of my Canadian consulting practice, where I had the pleasure of meeting my wife, Cathy. Celebrating 30 years of marriage, Cathy and I share a blended family of five children, their spouses, and thirteen grandchildren. We have homes in Palm Springs, California and Fox Island, Washington. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Math, with additional studies in accounting. Throughout most of my career, I served as a business consultant where my team and I excelled in delivering services related to operational and financial management, business turnarounds, and transformative mergers and acquisitions, leading to life-changing success for family-owned enterprises. Having worked across the United States, Canada, Central America, the UK (London), and Turkey, I have developed a deep appreciation for cultural diversity. This experience has instilled in me a keen understanding and compassion, allowing me to approach each client's situation with sensitivity to understanding and acting on what is important to each. Driven by results and armed with exceptional project management skills, I navigate the unique twists and turns of real estate transactions with ease. Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy golf, scuba diving, fitness, occasional tennis matches, and, above all, spending quality time traveling with family and friends.
