A Little About Kimberlee...aka Kimmy, Kim, even Kimmy-Kim to some... :-) Kimberlee has the expertise of a long time Real Estate Broker. She began real estate in 2001, her entire career has been spent with Coldwell Banker. Initially, she began "just for fun" but it quickly became a full-time career. Kimberlee is blessed with 4 children-- 1 teen daughter & 3 adult sons. She also has 2 grandsons & granddaughter with another granddaughter soon to arrive in April 2024. She loves quality family time -- family game night or movie night. She enjoys socializing, camping, traveling or reading a good book. Over the years, Kimberlee has acted as team captain for Coldwell Banker Bain Tacoma's Relay for Life team as well being a member of Coldwell Banker Bain Tacoma's Brokers Council. She is a consistent Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors' Award recipient for production and is a consistent recipient of the Coldwell Banker Bain's International President's Circle; Diamond Society & Sterling Society! Along with all these experiences & knowledge under her belt, Kimberlee is a dedicated Real Estate Broker who takes pride in her work and puts her clients' needs first. Kimberlee works with a lot of our Military and is a member of Navy Federal Credit Union Realty Plus. She enjoys working with First Time Buyers, she finds it rewarding to assist buyers in finding the "perfect" first home. She works hard with sellers in selling their house and moving on to their new home by "downsizing" or "upgrading" or "relocating"...whatever the need. While she specializes in Pierce County, she also serves Thurston, Kitsap, Mason & King Counties. She is just happy assisting most everyone.
