Marv has expertise in a wide range of real estate activities from new and resale residential homes, to homes with acreage, land, farms, rental/income properties, light commercial, and new subdivision development and marketing. Marv has lived in the Spokane area nearly all his life and considers himself a true Spokane native. Active in the local real estate market for more than 37 years, Marv has been a perennial MLS award winner and member of Tomlinson President's Club. Marv brings a wealth of experience to help you with your real estate needs. Marv's goal at the end of every transaction is that you would unhesitatingly recommend him to your closest friend! Marv and his wife Lynn have 4 terrific children, (and 6 grandchildren), and consider themselves richly blessed. His personal interests include fishing, travel (especially to wide open spaces and out-of-the-way places) cattle raising and church. He is an incurable car buff.
