About Susan

Raised on a cattle farm in Iowa, I moved to Spokane in 1968. I received my Real Estate License in 1974. My Husband and I, had our own Real Estate Office for 14 years. Then my Husband, who is a General Contractor, (Jack-of-All-Trades) decided just to do that, so, I joined Tomlinson. A Family-owned, Great company and the rest is history. I pride myself with caring a great deal about the people I work with to do the best job I can selling their home or finding them a home. It does not matter if it is a Manufactured home, a small home, big home or on acreage...I LOVE the challenge of satisfying their needs. This year I received the Realtor Emeritus Award for longevity in the business, with 44 years under my belt. I am also a Life Time Member of the Tomlinson President's Club.
