About Blanca

I'm Blanca Maria Lent! I grew up in Guatemala and moved to Monterey, California with my mom shortly after graduating as an accountant. After a few more semesters at Monterey Peninsula College, I decided that accounting wasn't for me. I joined Monterey Beauty School and started my career as a beautician. I opened my own beauty salon and operated it for many years. During this time, I learned the importance of customer service and listening to needs of my clients. My love of interior design and helping people led me to a career in real estate with Coldwell Banker. I chose Coldwell Banker because the people and resources they offer help me provide my clients with the best possible service, which is very important to me! During a road trip, we discovered Spokane, fell in love with the city, and started traveling here more often. There is a lot to love about Spokane including friendly people, having four seasons, and access to the great outdoors. We love the variety in weather because in the winter we have nearby Mt. Spokane for skiing. Spring brings beautiful gardens and green mountains for hiking. In the summer we can enjoy relaxing walks around the river and beautiful lakes. Another great thing that Spokane offers is Spokane International Airport which is very important for business people & families. Its close location makes it easily accessible for residents of Spokane and the surrounding metro. Since 2018 I have been supporting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital because I love that they take care of families struggling with childhood cancer. In 2020, I got involved with the Pancreatic Cancer Society as a result of my mom being diagnosed with the terrible disease. Even after her passing, I still share some valuable information from their website with family and friends. I also volunteer time throughout the year with Mujeres in Action (MiA). MiA is the first organization in the Spokane region dedicated to survivor Latina communities. In my free time I love to work in my garden, play tennis, and restore old furniture.
