About Kip

I love my job, every aspect of it, which is evident in my success. I've been helping Buyers and Sellers since 2006, after spending 17 years in property management, which gave me in-depth knowledge of our area, construction, and how to market and evaluate properties. My skills are well suited for this industry as I like to work with clients on a common goal, as a team. My interpersonal skills with both clients and other agents has lead to a successful career as others find me honest, sincere and easy to relate to. I am your advocate and advisor through this process and take that role very seriously, though I don't take myself too seriously. You will see that noted in the dozens of personal references from my clients on Zillow. I was born and raised mostly in Salt Lake City, and also lived in New York and Washington DC up through High School. I lived in South America for 2 years and in Australia for 6 months in my late teen's and early 20's. I think this has given me a deeper understanding of others and a great appreciation of other cultures and points of view.
