I am a Seattle native. I appreciate the beauty and diversity of our area. I have been a Real Estate Broker since 2002. This past year, 2024, I received my Managing Brokers License and I am now a Buyer Specialist and a Senior Specialist that services the greater Seattle area. I just recently joined Coldwell Banker Danforth and appreciate being a broker for a global leader in the Real Estate Industry and their vast network. I love my clients and enjoy representing both sellers and buyers. I was interested in acquiring more skills to help my Real Estate clients with their selling and moving, so from 2013 - 2018 I was a Project Manager for Seamless Moves, a company that focused on downsizing, organizing, packing and unpacking. We provided extra services, especially for senior clients, such as arranging the entire move, from decluttering, downsizing, packing, estate sales and donations, staging to get homes ready to sell, and even measuring new living space accommodating for safety with furniture placement, then unpacking and organizing the new living space. I love using my organizing, staging and move management talents to give my Real Estate clients a full service experience. I believe that I am a huge value to seniors and their families. I take a lot of stress out of downsizing with a great team of vendors to assist with the process. My Real Estate services can also cater to clients looking for second and vacation homes, investment homes and potential landlords looking for rental properties. I have experience in those areas with both clients and personally. My contractor husband and I used to flip houses and we co-own a 2 unit rental next door to us. I look forward to providing outstanding service to new Real Estate clients and of course helping my ongoing clients with meeting their Real Estate goals.
