Thank you for stopping in to read my bio! My name is Curtis Yates, and I am a Broker here at Coldwell Banker Park Shore. I got licensed in 2017 and hit the ground running. Growing up here in Kitsap County gave me a knowledge of the area that proved extremely valuable in this career. I like to think that there isn’t a single road around here that I don’t know or recognize. I’ve seen this area grow and change so much over the years and I am proud to share it with new arrivals! I serve Kitsap, Pierce, and Mason County areas mainly, but I am willing to travel in the right situation. Whether you are buying or selling you will get top notch service from me. My goals are always the same, guide my buyer’s home by making sure they are helped through each step of the home buying process and leave them with a lasting memory of the amazing service they were given. When it comes to selling your home, the goal is always top dollar. My job is to get you that, using my knowledge of the local market, great local resources, professional photography, staging, and tips to make your home shine! A bit about myself; I have spent my life here in Kitsap. Growing up I attended school in 3 of the local school districts. I know someone in every corner of this County and am very proud of my roots here. I am a father of four, spending time with my kids is one of my favorite hobbies. I’ve worked many jobs here over the years and had many great experiences that have all helped in my real estate career. I love the story I’ve created here and look forward to building on it!
