That love of the outdoors has only grown since moving to Jefferson County over a decade ago. My professional background is rooted in negotiation. After graduating magna cum laude with a marketing degree from San Francisco State University, I spent much of my career negotiating on behalf of multinational corporations like Emery, DHL, and UPS’s Unistar subsidiary. Over the years, I’ve worked in both blue-collar and white-collar roles—from sailing in the Merchant Marines to corporate offices— which taught me how to relate to people from every walk of life.
