Helping people is what I do best and enjoy the most! As a Real Estate Broker, I look forward to being of service to anyone who needs to list their property or would like to purchase in the Ocean Shores area. Real Estate has always been interesting to me. My hobby has been to go online and spend hours looking at houses, analyzing the descriptions and critiquing the photos, wondering if I was their agent how I would present each house. I am so excited to now be a Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker Ocean Shores Brokers, and I can guide people through buying and selling property, ensuring my clients understand the process, have their needs met, and most of all, enjoy the experience! Like many others, my family visited Ocean Shores during the pandemic. We came from our home in Lind, WA, which is a tiny town among the wheatfields in Eastern WA. I knew we could see the Ocean, but we were so amazed to discover Duck Lake and its Canals. My husband caught the biggest bass and that sealed the deal! We purchased property on Duck Lake within that week! Since then, we built a home and are so happy to live here permanently. My background includes being an elementary teacher for most of my career. Out here in Ocean Shores, I worked at Backhoe NW Excavation company, in which I learned a lot about site prep, permitting, and city codes. If someone is looking for land, I have expertise in navigating land development!
