About Sydney

Hi, I’m Sydney! I grew up in North Idaho, where my parents worked as Realtors and sparked my love for homes and the stories they hold. I’ve always been fascinated by the way people create lives in their spaces, and now I get to help others find the place that feels right for them. I know buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming — I’ve moved many times myself and understand what it’s like to start over in new places. That experience taught me how to connect quickly, listen closely, and make people feel comfortable, even in uncertain situations. My goal is to do the same for you: to make sure you feel supported, confident, and excited about your next chapter. As a second-generation Realtor and part of the Coldwell Banker 360 Team, I bring both energy and experience to the table. I love helping people see the possibilities in a home and making sure you have the tools and guidance you need to make the best decision for yourself and your family. Outside of real estate, you’ll probably find me at my sewing machine (a gift from my grandma), making quilts for loved ones, or out on the trails and beaches of Whidbey Island with my husband, who serves in the Navy.
