I know how overwhelming moving can be—I've done it myself, immigrating from the Philippines in 2010 and relocating across three states before finding my home here in Washington. That journey fuels my commitment to helping others navigate their transitions with confidence and care. With a background in engineering, banking, and military service—and currently earning my MBA—I bring a detail-oriented, analytical, and disciplined approach to real estate.
