Before real estate, I was the full-time CEO of the Bushnell household, raising two kids just 20 months apart. Years of negotiating with toddlers over snacks and screen time taught me exactly how to hold my ground and get results. That same calm-but-fierce energy now fuels my approach to pricing, prepping, and negotiating for my sellers. Being a constant presence in their classrooms gave me firsthand insight into our incredible school district and strengthened my belief in the power of community.
