About Christina

As your Eastside real estate agent, advisor, and advocate, I'm committed to helping you every step of the way. My approach is built on trust, ongoing communication, and collaboration. I take responsibility for every detail, staying ahead of the process so my clients feel confident knowing I have their back. Having lived on the Eastside for over a decade and running a successful pet sitting business for just as long, I've built deep connections within the community and know many of its neighborhoods as well as my own. This first-hand knowledge gives me valuable insight into the area's market trends, lifestyle, and what makes each neighborhood unique-insight I use to help my clients make well-informed decisions. For me, real estate is about more than just buying or selling a home-it's about building relationships and creating trusted partnerships that set my clients up for success. Backed by Coldwell Banker Bain, I offer expert guidance tailored to each client's unique goals and situation. Whether you're ready to dive into your real estate goals, have questions, or just want to start the conversation, I'm here for all of it. A Little More About Me Earlier in my journey, I spent most of my 20s doing nonprofit and volunteer work in South and Central America. I worked on medical outreach programs, helped with post-hurricane rebuilding efforts, and volunteered my time at an orphanage. My longest commitment was in Colombia, where I spent over two years working with a street children's foundation, providing support to children and their families living on the street. When I returned to the U.S., I set out to explore the country without a long-term destination in mind-until I arrived in Seattle in January 2008. That day, it was cold and pouring rain-not the usual Pacific Northwest drizzle, but an unusually heavy downpour. I caught a bus from the airport and got off near a Cupcake Royale in West Seattle, then walked through the rain to the house where I had arranged to couch surf for a week. At the time, I thought I was just passing through. But as I looked around, I was struck by the beauty of the landscape-the mountains, the water, and even in winter, the evergreens stood vibrant against the gray skies. A few months later, I experienced my first Pacific Northwest spring, and it was nothing short of magical. The flowers and trees burst into bloom, and the entire landscape transformed with fresh greens in every shade imaginable. The Pacific Northwest has been home ever since.
