About Sarah

I am a well established Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Bain on Mercer Island, where I have sold real estate since 2001. I work closely with my clients and help them make informed, solid real estate decisions. I am known by my clients to be dedicated, professional, "on the ball," and committed to doing the best job possible. The majority of my clients are either repeat clients or referrals from previous, satisfied clients. While I am based on Mercer Island I also sell homes the Eastside and in Seattle. My sales have ranged in price from the entry-level market up to multi-million dollar homes, waterfront properties, and new construction. My team has been the #1 Team in the Mercer Island Office of Coldwell Banker Bain almost every year since 2014. I have lived on Mercer Island for over 20 years and in the Puget Sound for 30. I am actively involved in the community and efforts that support local institutions such as the Mercer Island schools, Mercer Island Youth & Family services, and Youth Theatre Northwest. Before selling real estate, I spent 4 years as a fundraiser for CARE, the international non-profit development and relief organization and 5 years as a Producer for a software company and two different start-ups. I grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from Tufts University in Boston.
