A long time Kittitas County resident, Jim Ridgway brings more than 30 years of marketing and sales experience plus a reputation for honesty, trustworthiness and superior negotiating skills to Coldwell Banker Bain. As a 1978 graduate of Seattle University, Jim has been involved in helping people and businesses throughout his career. Blending his high ethics and values with creative marketing techniques and a dedication to your goals, Jim possesses the skill and determination to guide your transaction to a successful conclusion. His partnership with Kim Lohnes is a perfect match as she has years of experience helping clients realize their dreams. In his spare time, Jim is a 30 year Rotarian helping with local community projects and enjoys horseback riding, camping and his family of two outstanding daughters and a loving wife of 33 years. Recently, they sold their 40 acre farm and downsized to just over 4 acres.
