My clients say that I am professional, sincere and reliable. I have been selling real estate in Washington state since 2000 and am passionate about what I do. My mission is to provide excellent service to my buyers and sellers, while imparting the knowledge I have of our real estate market, local area and neighborhoods. Prior to real estate, I worked in the educational field for over 20 years as both a classroom instructor and administrator. Therefore, my working style is to educate my clients about the process of buying or selling real estate to make successful decisions. I have extensive knowledge of area schools, both private and public, and am always ready to provide information and tours. In the past few years, I have successfully negotiated about 15-20 transactions a year for my clients who have bought or sold properties throughout the Puget Sound region, with price ranges from $250,000 to over a million dollars. Having myself moved over 15 times, both nationally and internationally, I understand the needs people have when they relocate, either locally or long distance. Relocation, both domestic and international has been one of my focuses. When I visit my clients they tell me that they really love their homes and feel they made wise purchasing decisions.
