Hi there! My name is Jeff Martin and I have been a licensed Residential Real Estate broker for over 10 years. With my extensive experience, I have helped countless clients to buy and sell their homes in the Greater Seattle Metropolitan Region including Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, and Woodinville. What sets me apart from other brokers is my ability to help Buyers by identifying and targeting specific areas to find properties that are not yet listed on the MLS or internet. By developing a plan with my clients, I can uncover properties that are perfect for them, even if they are not on the market yet. For the Seller, I have identified and targeted where the Buyers would most likely come from for their property and developed a successful marketing plan for that area.
