A little history about me.... Hello, I am Lori Ann Jackson and am very proud to be part of the Seattle Area. It is a beautiful place to call home with many things to do and see. I am family oriented, and have 3 adult children. I enjoy many outdoor activities (biking, hiking, boating, and gardening). I love dogs and I enjoy walking and playing with my dog. I also enjoy riding my Harley with my husband! I am very devoted to being kind, honest, and trustworthy. My happiness comes from doing my very best and always staying positive. I believe all achievements in life are possible for any individual as long as you believe in your dream or vision, and in yourself- you can have, be, or do anything! Before I became involved in Real Estate, I had several different occupations including Certified Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist, and Property Management. I managed 3 Motels for 7 years, and also managed 155 multi-family units while selling Real Estate. I truly enjoy helping others buy and sell Real Estate. It is truly rewarding helping others in the community and best of all matching the perfect home with the individual or family. My beginning in Real Estate I started in Spokane, Washington for Coldwell Banker in 2007. I received an Award for Sales in 2008 Rookie of the Year my 1st year in Real Estate. I have also explored, negotiated and closed short-sale transactions. I have experienced moving across town and moving to another state. (I understand how emotional and stressful it can be). I am here to help make those transitions in your life as smooth as possible. I can help you navigate the process of buying and selling from start to finish. I have had extensive training in Advertising & Marketing. I have the ABR designation, which means I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative and have had additional training. I also have a GRI designation ,which means I have attended a Graduate Realtor Institute, and a SFR designation which means I have had additional training on short sales and forclosures; Short Sale and Forclosure Resource.
