About Scott

Scott is a lifelong resident of the Tri Cities and graduated from Kamiakin High School and Columbia Basin College. He has a degree in Nuclear Technology and previously worked over 28 years locally in the nuclear fuel fabrication industry as a Health and Safety Technician, the last 13 years as Lead HST. As Lead HST, Scott interacted with internal and external customers on a daily basis as the point of contact for radiological assistance. Communication, documentation, attention to detail, and radiological/industrial safety was of utmost importance. Entertaining a career in real estate started when he and his wife, Laura, built their first home. During that process, they recognized all the details, deadlines, and potential pitfalls involved in the home buying, selling, and building process. Scott saw this as an opportunity to utilize his skill set towards a more rewarding and fulfilling career. In 2020, Scott and Laura made the move to start their new career as real estate agents. Scott and Laura have two amazing grandchildren from their oldest daughter, a local financial advisor with Edward Jones, that they now get to share their love of the Northwest with! Throughout the years they have enjoyed camping at Mt. Rainier, the Oregon Coast, Idaho, and the Washington Coast. They have also enjoyed club volleyball with their daughters. Scott bowled for many years in local leagues and city/state tournaments as well. They are proud to be part of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson of the Tri Cities.
